1. Services Provided

NewDoc Navigation, LLC provides credentialing consulting and administrative support services for healthcare professionals. Services may include licensing support, application preparation, CAQH/NPI setup, payer enrollment, and consulting.
All outcomes, approvals, and timelines are controlled by third-party entities and are not guaranteed.

2. No Professional Advice

All services and website content are provided for informational and consulting purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and comply with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and regulations.
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of NewDoc Navigation, LLC.

4. Payments & Fees

All fees are disclosed prior to engagement. Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change but will not affect previously purchased services.

5. Refund Policy

By purchasing services, you agree to the Refund Policy.
• Consultation fees are non-refundable once completed
• Service packages are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Partial refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Company prior to work beginning
• Clients agree to contact the Company prior to initiating chargebacks

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, documents, and content are the intellectual property of NewDoc Navigation, LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

7. Confidentiality & Data Security

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and clients acknowledge this risk.

8. Third-Party Services

We interact with third parties such as payors, hospitals, and licensing boards.
We are not responsible for their decisions, timelines, delays, or changing requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services within the prior six (6) months.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income or delays.

10. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NewDoc Navigation, LLC from any claims arising from use of services or inaccurate information provided.

11. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use content unlawfully.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion for violations of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Venue shall be Maricopa County, Arizona.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

15. Incorporation of Policies

Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms.
